Mode Of Selection

1. Phase I – Preliminary Examination

• Objective type (MCQs)

• This stage is qualifying in nature

2. Phase II – Main Examination

• Objective + Descriptive type
• Papers usually include:
  • Economic & Social Issues (ESI)

  • Finance & Management (FM)
• Marks obtained in this phase are important for final selection

3. Interview

• Candidates shortlisted from Phase II are called for Interview
• Final merit is prepared based on:

4. Final Selection
